2.) Scroll down to the Insty.links section, and click the 'Email Accounts' icon.
3.) In the email accounts section, click the Setup Mail Client link, or if you would like to access your mail with Webmail, you can use the more, and access webmail.
4.) You can follow the specific instructions on that page for your specific email client, OR - scroll down to the Manual Settings. We recommend using the Secure Settings to configure your email client.
